Chapter 135

All of the Mayor's security men ran up to the rooftop of the Mayor's estate. They seemed to have seen a very important person, they all bowed respectfully.

"Governor!"

A round figured short man wearing a dignified black suit stepped down from one of the helicopters that had landed on the helipad on the rooftop of the estate.

The man glanced at all the security men bowing at him, without a word to them he spoke to his assistant who had gotten down behind him.

"Ah, I almost forgot about this city if not for that person who suddenly reminded me about it last night. Does that make me an incompetent Governor?" He suddenly asked in a manner unlike his position as a governor, he seemed completely carefree.

But the assistant shivered, "Of course not sir. You're the best Governor this country has ever seen, other Governor's don't even dare compare to you."

The assistant seemed to be currying favor, he spoke quickly and with the beads of sweat on his brows it was evident he was nervous.
