T(H)RUST

"Take a walk down this road. You would see a cut in the corner. He is somewhere there."

An old lady said to Ayisha.

"Thank you very much for your time."

Ayisha walked away after appreciating the woman. She walked down the road and saw a cut as she had been directed.

She had hardly taken the cut when she saw a man seated on the floor, his back to a big garbage can. He was there seated in the open, his head dropped. He looked to be sleeping.

"Oh shit."

She cussed, standing there as she gazed at the man. She fanned her face with the back of her hand.

"AM I really going to do this?"

A sound came from the man. When the man lifted his head, there was sticky saliva dripping from his lips. Hanging down and reluctant to drop.

"No. No. I can't do this."
