Perseus was done tending to Lexi's injury and was returning the first aid box when Sherry peeked through that door.

“What's it, Sherry?” Perseus asked.

Lexi raised her head to look at Sherry, and as soon as their eyes met, Sherry beamed, but Lexi looked away.

“I was wondering if our guest could eat something. I prepared something.” Sherry muttered.

Perseus’ gaze shifted to Lexi. “Would you like to eat?”

Lexi nodded vaguely, as if she had no other choice.

[Ding!]

[Lexi's trust level is currently at 80%.]

[The mission will be completed if you can get the rest of the 20%.]

Perseus peered at the panel, and the trust level added up real quick. He shifted the panel to see what else it had to say.

[Another reward will be added if the host completes the mission as soon as possible.]

Perseus liked the sound of that. As they made their way towards the dining room, Perseus pondered what he could get. The fight with the killers has shown him that he wasn't strong at all.

He wondered what
