Perseus lifted Sherry from the seat and hurried her into the hospital. All through the drive, Perseus was quiet and didn't say a word when she spoke.

It was like he was mad at her, and that made her feel uneasy.

“Perseus?” Sherry called. “Are you mad at me?” She asked as soon as he walked into the hospital.

Perseus shook his head. “I'm not; I am only worried about you getting injured.

“I am already injured.” Sherry smiled at him. “It was all my fault; if I hadn't hurried over to you, I wouldn't have gotten injured.”

Perseus stared down at her. “It isn't your fault; it's all his fault. And stop talking.” He leaned in to kiss her.

Sherry's face turned red, and he suddenly remembered what he had just done.

His face flushed. “I don't know why I did that.” He muttered.

Sherry was too stunned to speak. The air became awkward, and they said nothing to each other. Soon, Sherry left Perseus' arms and was left with the nurses and doct
