The man released her, blood emitting from his mouth. Raising to her feet, Sherry tried to run, but she had sprained her ankles.

She crashed to the floor, her eyes widening in horror. She had hit him now and couldn't escape; she began moving slowly on her belly. She found the man's shadow following her.

“Where do you think you are going?” He wiped the blood with the back of his hand.
