Riding on a bike was a thin frail guy who seemed to be in his early twenties, clad in a pizza delivery uniform spotting a bald head.

Theo whistled as he rode the bike. Today, he just received a medic report from his doctor.

His ten years 'cancer' strangely vanished into thin smoke.

He felt so excited. He couldn't wait to relay this happy news to Annie his girlfriend.

As for his parents, they died four years ago.

He couldn't help but remember the talisman they left behind few days before their deaths. According to them, it was a lucky charm family heirloom.

Theo brought out the talisman from his pocket and stared at it. Up till now, he couldn't figure out what was so special about this talisman.

It wasn't made of gold but a type of crude metal. Selling it wouldn't even amount to a sizeable number of bucks.

While Theo was inspecting the talisman, he neglected the fact that he was currently on the road.

At that moment, a huge truck rammed against his bike.

Theo got flung out, crashing roughly on the smooth asphalt. His left leg was ripped out and his whole body bloodied.

His vision was starting to blur, but he could see the truck that rammed into him fleeing away.

He cursed inwardly. Heh. What sort of misfortune was this?

As he struggled to breathe his last, he released the talisman clenched in his left fist. His blood continously dripping onto the talisman.

Then a shocking sight occured. Twelve dragons of different colors shot out of the talisman. They wrapped and began to revolve around Theo.

 "Whoa! mummy look!"

 "Am i dreaming?"

 "Are those dragons?"

Crowd began to gather in full stream, gasping in awe at the extraordinary scene.

Suddenly, the twelve dragons vanished. So did the talisman and Theo.

* * *

"Argh! where am i?" Theo's eyes sprang open as he stared around.

He was in a huge hall. It's walls and floors were embedded with expensive looking glittering precious stones, gems and diamonds.

Was this heaven?

"THEO!!" a powerful voice boomed, snapping him out of his daze.

He looked over and saw a gignatic throne. On the throne was a multicolored mighty dragon.

It resembled an eastern dragon but was much bigger, with huge mighty wings and two huge horns. It's eyes had a sense of nobility in them.

Staring at this mighty dragon, Theo almost had the urge to prostrate. But a gut feeling prevented him from doing so. Instead, he felt that the mighty dragon should be the one prostrating.

"You are not a weakling like i thought" the mighty dragon snorted.

 "Who are you?" Theo asked.

"My name is Izreel. I am but one of your twelve primal chaos dragon bloodline. You are too weak to stand in the presence of the other eleven" Izreel cocked it's head arrogantly.

"Bloodline? what is that? aren't dragons myths?" Theo found the matter surreal.

"Heh" Izreel laughed, pointing it's left claw at Aiden.

 "There are endless possibilities"

A bright orb materialized, hurling itself towards Theo.

It began to expand, blocking out the view of the hall. It was as if only the enlarged hall existed in the whole world.

Out of instincts, Theo shielded his face with his arms. When he opened his eyes, the first thing that came into his vision was the tall trees and the salivating face of a wild hound.

 Fuck!

Theo jumped to his feets, diving away. The hound growled displeased that it's prey ran away and gave chase.

Theo ran with all the speed he could muster, dodging past trees. Behind him was the wild hound, prancing forward.

"Curse you! curse you Dragon!" Theo silently cursed.

Suddenly, his feets hit a rock, causing him to trip and fall. Before he could stand up, the wild hound pounced on him, pinning him underneath it's paws.

Fuck! was this how he was going to die.

Just then, he saw a lump of rock an arm breadth away from him. He grabbed it, smashing against the wild hound's head.

The wild hound whimpered, staggering back a bit.

Theo kicked it's snout and resumed running.

After making sure that the hound wasn't coming after him from behind, he stopped underneath the shade of a tree leaning against it's bark as he panted heavily.

Just then, he heard a strange sound in his head.

 [DING!]

He swiftly cocked his head, looking for the origin of the sound but he found nothing.

[Congratulations! Host has successfully cleared Hidden Quest; Escape from Wild hound]

 [Host has received +10 exp]

[Host has received +2 speed stat]

 [Host has unlocked Starter pack!]

A row of words began to dance around in his head. The feeling was strange, causing Theo's body to waver a bit.

What is this?! words appearing in mid air? was he going mad already?

Wait! words appearing in head! that's it!

He couldn't help but recall the cliche scene in those web novels. Weren't the MCs like him.

Although he was an adult, he wasted most of his teenage years being a fanatical web novel addict.

Starting from his death, his encounter with that dragon and now this. He would be a dumb idiot if he didn't know what was going on.

 He just got transmigrated!

In the magic society, mages were the true rulers while mortals were their subordinates.

Various organizations existed, both powerful and weak. But what these organizations had in common was that they had powerful mages helming them.

Cloud Peach school was one of such organizations. It was a second rate organization in a second rate city called Bullsin city. It's power wasn't to be slighted.

Currently at the enterance gate, a girl clad in Cloud Peach school grade two students uniform kept prancing around with clenched fist.

"Sister, why are you worrying yourself over that cripple's son huh?" Berty heard a voice say from behind her.

Twirling around, she saw a boy around her age wearing the same uniform as her making his way over.

An arrogant smirk on his lips.

"Ted, how can you be so heartless huh? your cousin is in potential danger in the Zeltic forest and you are unbothered?" Berty frowned in anger.

"Cousin? aren't you ashamed to call that fool and disgrace your cousin? if you are not then i am!"

"He's been a quasi grade one student for five years. Yet he hasn't made any progress. Tell me, isn't he a disgrace?"

"Let me tell you a secret, Senior Howings even crippled his little bit of cultivation last week"

"Whaat?!" Berty's face turned ashen as she grabbed Ted by the collar.

"Don't you dare lie to me!"

"Why would i? Theo's my cousin afterall. Tsk tsk" Ted gave a sarcastic remark.

"You've got a serious explaining to do!" Berty dragged Ted after her as she made her way back to the school.

Cloud Peach school was a private boarding school, with each student allocated their own hostels.

As Berty dragged Ted towards the Ladies block, passer bys couldn't help but stare gobsmacked.

As for Ted, he felt extremely embarrassed.

Although he felt unwilling, he knew resisting was futile. Berty's cultivation was higher than his own.

Berty finally arrived at her hostel. To Ted's relief, it was empty.

Like throwing a piece of garbage, Berty threw him to the ground, crossing her arm on her chest.

 "Alright. Start explaining!"

"Is this how you treat your cousin? why is Theo's treatment different?" Ted faked a wince of pain.

"Don't joke with me. Start talking now!" Berty yelled.

"Looks like that dragon was right. To think my bloodline is this strong" Aiden chuckled.

In this world, he was going to train like his life depended on it. Too weak to see his own bloodline?

 Hmph. Let's see about that!

* * *

At the enterance gate, stood an old man wearing worn out clothing, sipping beer from a can.

Just then, Berty arrived before him.

"It's you lass?" the old gate keeper looked up and laughed, exposing his yellow coloured teeth.

"I want to go out to train at the Zeltic forest" Berty lied.

"Oh? now that i think of it, reports have been coming that there have been sightings of mid rank magic beasts. I can't let you endanger yourself" the old gate keeper drank a mouthful, staining his shirt.

Berty clenched her fist. What's wrong with that idiot? how could he endanger himself like that?

"Old sir, the sun is hot and you have been sitting under it for hours. Your throat must be dry. Take this as a sign of appreciation" Berty said, tapping the watch on her wrist.

Two cans of beers shot out, landing on the old man's lap.

"Hehe. What a thoughtful lass. Alright you can go. But be careful" the old gate keeper laughed accepting the 'bribe'

Berty nodded like a hen pecking rice as she left through the gate which automatically parted open.

As she ran towards the path leading to the Zeltic forest, she couldn't help but grow worried.

According to Ted's explanation, Theo liked a girl named Anne, although it was a one sided love. Tired of his endless pestering, Anne reported him to one of her secret admirers; Howings.

Howings was a grade two student just like her, but infact he was stronger than her. Howings beat Theo up so badly that he even crippled his cultivation by mistake.

Feeling hopeless, Theo left for Zeltic forest early in the morning. He wanted to commit suicide.

He didn't have to stab himself to death or hang himself with a rope. The many magic beast in Zeltic forest would be more than happy to gobble him up in their stomach.

Two months later.. Cloudy Peach Academy was bustling today. It was their much anticipated grade one students admission examination. In the whole of Bullsin city, Cloudy Peach academy shared the same status as the City mansion seat. Infact, many top political leaders and warriors were once students of Cloudy Peach academy. The current City Lord wasn't an exception. Although it was regarded as a second rate power, no other second rate power dared to slight Cloudy Peach Academy. Currently in a huge field, the size of a stadium, many seats hovered above the air. Atop these floating seats were the hyped up spectators. Gathered around the huge field was a dense amount of quasi grade one students. Currently, their eyes shone with a certain glint of eagerness. At that that moment, a short chubby looking man descended from the sky, wind attribute energy swirling around his body. "It's the vice principal. Vic principal Bekor!" Instantly, everyone's attention fell on a particular section of the huge screen portraying a burly teen as he bashed his meaty palms on a panther dire beast. This young man was Nick and was extremely popular in this examination segment. He wore barbaric fur clothes and was stocky. He was part of those who had brilliant performances. Killing more than twenty dire beasts under one hour. He was a genius alright. "That's nothing. I still strongly believe that the kid named Theo would take the winner spot" another man among the audiences wearing a bamboo hat, laughed merrily. "That is a given alright. Surrounding the tower was a large wall made out of broken bones and skulls. The gate was extremely antique and left wide ajar. "Be careful. I sense a powerful source of necromancy mana from that tower" Scarlet warned solemnly, taking cautious steps towards the ghotic looking tower, while Theo and Lorraine followed from behind her. When they were a short distance away from the tower, Scarlet fingers weaved through a series of handseals.
