“Bella, be calm. The police are almost here. I will make him rot in jail.” The manager continued to calm her down. He saw Ethan like a man he could trample on.

How else could the manager prove his manliness to a girl?

Ethan let out a chuckle while he looked at them. His hand, supporting his jaw, amusedly.

“You must be the most caring man in the world, Mr. Manager.”

“What do you mean? You have no iota of sympathy within you and that is why you preyed on a defenseless girl.” The manager countered Ethan’s words.

“What if I prove you wrong? Are you ready to face the law? I suppose you care so much and you would go to jail for her, right?”

“You are the one going to jail. See, he is trying to get his way out. He is going to hurt me if no one punishes him.” Bella cried out, putting out her manipulative words.

At the same time, the elevator opened and three policemen walked in, looking ready to drag any offender out.
