Chapter 111

Alexander's eyes slowly opened, and he was met with a wave of pain that threatened to engulf him. His head throbbed, his body ached, and his limbs felt heavy and weak. He tried to move, but realized he was tied to a chair, his wrists and ankles bound by thick ropes.

As he struggled to free himself, he realized he was in a dimly lit room, with no windows or furniture except for the chair he was tied to. The walls were cold and grey, and the air was musty and dank.

He raised his head and saw some groups of gangs, in front of him, whispering, and talking.

“Who the hell are you people!”, He hauled them.

One burly man stepped forward, he japped a long stick, “Hey, you should be grateful for your luck, I don't know the reason my boss said we shouldn't kill you yet, she is on her way, I wonder what's happened!”.

Alexander twitched and asked, “why kill me?”.

“That's for my boss to answer, so keep quiet and wait, you won't die until she arrives”, he said and went back to meet the others.
