Elena's hand hovered over the door handle, ready to exit the car, already in front of her home, when her phone suddenly pierced the silence. She hesitated, eyes narrowing at the screen displaying Jane's name. With a slight furrow of her brow, Elena answered, her voice cautious.

"Hello?"

Jane's excited voice burst through the line, words tumbling out in a rush. "Elena, why are you! The man is here, he is waiting for you, And he's about to meet with the President! They are already waiting for you in the five-star restaurant."

Elena's expression transformed, her eyes widening in surprise. "Really, but it's late already."

"Elena, remember how you really need this, please come very fast," Jane motivated her.

"Okay then, I'm on my way."

"Be quick," Jane said before hanging up. Elena exhaled as she rested on the car sofa, she was exhausted already. Then, she brought out her phone to call Alexander and told him about it. But it was not going through.
