Chapter 48.

"What are you getting at?" Caleb demanded. "This is a pond. There is no way it can be a river."

Benjamin was still silent. Not because he was coming up with a brilliant idea, but because he was confused.

"A river, a pond. What's the difference"

"A river has a current that pulls the contents of the water from one place to another," Caleb said, remembering his own struggle in the pond which almost drowned him. "And a pond is stagnant…"

Then he remembered the pond had kept dragging him like when he fell into a river last year and the same thing he felt when he fell into the pond.

"I think we should follow this pond," Caleb relized. "It must be the river."

"Oh, so few moments you doubted it's a river and right now you have suddenly agreed?" Benjamin was so annoyed with Caleb. " You are unbelievable"
