The man turned around and looked around the room in search of the phone walking closer to the bed, Melissa's heart raced so fast she felt it would jump out of her chest, she could feel her sweat dripping from her face as the heat was killing her although the tiles were cold.

The man picked up the phone on the bed and answered the call.

"Hello?" There was no response as the call ended and the man walked out of the room closing the door behind.

Melissa remained where she was and waited for him to leave the house so that she could do the same. She could tell he was still around with the clamping of his boot on the floor. She wondered who he was and how he was related to Briella, she also wondered why he was searching for Briella.

An hour passed and he finally left giving Melissa the courage to do the same, she was careful not to get noticed by anyone and got into her car zooming off without turning back, with the evidence had she would need to do something fast but she couldn't do it
