Chapter One Hundred and Ninety-Eight

"Arggh!"

Governor Clark cried out with a loud voice. Nothing could be compared to the amount of pain he felt at that moment.

He held his chest and fell to the ground.

At the other city Mandy and Declan were at a dinner table set for six. The diner was at the Asher's residence to celebrate the recovery of their grandfather.

May Williams walked in at that moment .

"Hi... hope I'm not late. She said cheerfully waving at everyone."

"The celebrant has not arrived so you're right one time" Mandy replied, showing her a seat across from Declan.

"Hi, May."

Declan greeted and May responded with a small nod. Everyone had expected her to come with her mom considering the fact that her invitation was for two. But to their surprise, a good-looking young man walked in beside her.

"Looks like someone found herself a catch."

Mandy said, her eyes trailing the man from head to toe. The man was very attractive. 6'2 tall, sharp jawline and tan skin. His biceps were well built and Mandy could imagine th
