“What did you just say?” Mandy blurted her hands covering her gaped mouth.

Declan gave a side grin and strode out of the room and Mandy gathered her things, running after him.

In a five star restaurant at the heart of the city, May Williams sat on a table close to the glass window that faced the road, and patiently waited for her date.

“I’m late again”

Robinson sighed from behind and May turned to watch him walk up to him.

“I’m sorry for keeping you waiting, traffic is terrible in this part of the city”

Robinson apologized taking the seat across May.

“It’s fine. I was already around here for an errand before the town’s busy day kick started.” May smiled waving off Robbinson’s apology.

“You look stunning by the way”

Robinson remarked, taking May’s hand and placing a soft kiss on it.

“Oh Thank you. What would you like to order?”
