Chapter One Hundred and Thirty-Nine.

"Aghhh!"

The Chief Warden howled, holding out his hand to his face. A striking pain struck through him and he instantly felt queazy.

The good hand which he struck Declan with just now has turned red and battered like something that was crushed by a truck.

The Chief Warden's eyes bulged from their sockets, gazing at his hand. At the damage done to it.

He began to shake his hand frantically, suddenly uncoordinated and anxious.

"Sir! Are you alright?" Fisher, rushed to his boss, taking the broken hand in his.

He gazed at it in shock then back at Declan who sat emotionless as if nothing had happened.

Not understanding what just happened, Fisher swallowed, moving away from Declan and focusing fully on his boss.

"Sir! Sir!"

Fisher yelled shaking The Chief Warden to speak what the Chief Warden didn't say a word.

The Chief Warden was too stunned to move, the pain too grave for him to react. His heart beat thumped and a panic attack was foreseen.
