Mrs. Darius takes the backpack from her daughter and looks inside it, she sees the clothes stuffed against each other and shoes by the side.

She takes them out one by one with a look of disgust on her face, barely holding the clothes as if they were some taboo, or they were smeared with a mixture of blood and feces and had a bad stench.

"Maria told me you were packing up some clothes into a backpack, don't take me for a fool Abigail Darius, after refusing to play your part in helping your brother take his rightful place as the Grandpa Xavier's successor in the family business, you want to run away, run to where young lady as if you can survive without the family bankrolling your extravagant lifestyle."
