Thursday morning as soon as he arrived at the office, his phone buzzed and he reached out to check who it was, he was expecting calls from those who work for Dan but so far, not one of them has called. The number calling wasn’t registered on his phone but he picked up thinking it would finally be one of those who used to work for Dan. He hasn’t heard from Dan either but he knew the man would be going to many lengths to get the building or his money back from Pedro, Nathan hoped he was doing the latter instead of the former because the former was a lost cause for him. He had no right to the building. Again, knowing who Dan is, he might want to get the building. That would be a stupid move that would only lead him to more trouble and Nathan was more than ready to give him more trouble if that’s what he wants.

“You thief, I thought you would be too scared to take my calls, but you did,”
