Chapter 24 – Successfully Tracking the Rebel Headquarters

Due to his curiosity about the day’s events, Nouel found himself in the command room where the Wolf team’s base was located. The city’s special forces had their designated spaces for training, briefing, storage, rest, and more. Currently, Nouel sat in front of a computer displaying a hologram screen.

Originally, Nouel wanted to leave and go back to his apartment. However, Drax, one of his subordinates, mentioned having information to share and needed a few minutes to piece it together. Hence, Nouel waited, contemplating everything that had transpired.

Despite the darkening sky, he remained at the location.

For several seconds, Nouel pondered over something very peculiar. He wondered how the rebels managed to infiltrate the city without being detected by the NewTech security system and how they escaped without leaving a trace.

“Very strange,” Nouel mumbled, deep in thought. “They must have a way to bypass our security system. But how did they do it?”
