“Chuck!” I yelled seeing as they were about to be devoured by the worm but right before the teeth closed on it a mix of red and white flashed as something shocking happened.

“BANG” The teeth snapped shut as an angry scream echoed from the worm.

“We’re alive..how?” Jeff asked in shock, he had surely seen his life flash before his eyes so how wasn’t he dead, he had already started seeing the light at the end of the tunnel but now he was somehow alive and sitting on something comfortable.
