The Death Keeper

Dunter was at school with his friend Leav when he mentioned, "Leav, Diana keeps insisting that I stay in a relationship with her."

Leav responded, "Then that's a great news."

Suddenly, Diana appeared and took Dunter somewhere. She pulled out a ring from her pocket and said, "Can you put this ring on me? It'll be a sign of our relationship."

Dunter took the ring and placed it on her finger. Diana smiled and started jumping with joy. Then they hugged each other.

He opened his eyes and felt pain in his hand. The pain gradually increased, then suddenly he woke up in his bed. He realized his surroundings had changed; he was in a room with four walls. It was just a dream. He felt a burning sensation in his hand, which was red and burned. He remembered the night and filled a bowl with water to soothe his hand. It was so painful; he didn't even have a freezer for ice or a fan. He submerged his hand in the bowl and felt some relief.

He noticed his piggy bank was broken, and Tinni had taken all his money. He started to cry, realizing that inner pain can be more excruciating than outer pain. Tinni had taken all his money because...

"Counting the drops that fell from my eyes,

DK was laughing hard in his car, with his aipods on. "I was poor before, and my enemies have already said to their opponents that she can't handle poor things... 'Ha.'"

While Diana was acting wild with her friends...

Diana exclaimed, "Ahh... I'm possessed..."

Rose replied, "Why are you acting so much?"

Diana turned back strangely towards Rose, moving her lips. She approached Rose and placed her hand on her shoulder. Diana muttered under her breath, "Because you never bullied him... You were just watching like it's a movie... You were just looking like it's a naked movie..." Then she shouted, shaking Rose's shoulder, "Ahhh... 'hahh' fuck...."

A man wearing black attire approached and held Diana. "Calm down, babe... you're being crazy."

Diana slowly began to laugh, "Ah-hahhahah... it was fun... it used to be fun, didn't it? Huh? Haikyu... babe... it used to be fun, right?..... Bullying."

Haikyu, the man in black, leaned in to kiss her, but suddenly Diana's phone rang. She was angry and careless, almost throwing it in anger, but then she noticed it was a call from DK. "Ah, I almost threw it..." She smiled, her expression changing, and picked up the call, clearing her throat.

Rose smirked at Diana's antics, while Haikyu's face turned red not like a cherry, like a pepper.

In her cute voice, Diana said, "Hii... baby."

DK asked, "Where are you, babe?"

Diana replied, "I'm at the... at the... at the beach, babe. Why?"

DK responded, "Why do you always question mark my words? I was just asking..."

Diana said, "Ohh... sweet..."

DK then said, "Actually, you left your phone right here in the car..."

Diana's eyes widened, "Huh? Really? Ahh, I'm so dumb... 'haha'"

DK asked, "Can I come to drop it off to you?"

Diana agreed, "Of course... I'm at the beach. Let me send you the location..."

DK hung up the phone.

Diana took her phone away from her ear and then realized as she looked at her phone.

She put her hand on her head and started laughing crazily, "Ah hahaha... hahah..." She sat down on the wooden floor and continued laughing, hitting her head.

"Ahh... why am I so dumbbb..." she exclaimed.

Haikyu came over and hugged her, asking, "Why are you..."

Diana, lost in her own thoughts, said, "He finds so many ways to meet me... so sweet, right?" Meanwhile, Haikyu's hand moved slowly..

She stood, fixing her long hair, and said, "I'm going to the beach."

Rose, in the midst of applying makeup, asked, "Why?"

Diana replied, "Because he's coming there."

Haikyu suggested, "Why don't you call him here instead? Let me see how he is... Is he more handsome than me?"

Rose interrupted, "1000 times more than you."

Haikyu retorted, "Fuck... I didn't ask you."

Diana smiled and said to Haikyu, "You think I'm dumb? No way.... You already saw him at our wedding, didn't you?"

Haikyu replied, "If you don't call him, then I think I have to talk to him about our..."

Diana smirked and replied, "Are you threatening me?"

Haikyu countered, "How can I threaten you, babe, since you're the queen bee here."

Then Haikyu held onto the fence and started fencing alone.

Diana's head started to ache. She felt a headache. "Ahh."

[BEFORE, AT THE HIGH SCHOOL]

Diana and her group were on the school soccer field. Boston, Simp, and Haikyu were playing soccer, while Tinni, Rose, Tommy, and Diana were sitting, watching Simp and the others.

Diana was smiling and chatting with someone. Tommy noticed her expression and asked, "You bitch... now who did you find? Another goat, huh?" Diana just ignored her, continuing to laugh.

Rose, glancing at Haikyu, added, "Again? Cheating on him again?" Tinni heard this and started shouting at Haikyu. Diana yelled at him to stop, but he didn't.

Haikyu approached them and asked, "What happened?" Diana was smiling, where Tommy said, "You guys have an interesting relationship." Haikyu responded, "Like your skin?" Tommy retorted, "You both are a piece of my whole... at least I have interesting skin color, not like you with your white, old hair." Haikyu smiled and called out to Boston.

Boston approached and asked, "What?" Haikyu explained, "She is talking shit about our hair." Boston remarked, "Oh, really? She has a point, since she has superpowers... she doesn't have to worry about the sun while sunbathing at the beach, never has to spend money buying sunscreen." Everyone burst into laughter after his comment. Diana and Rose were laughing hysterically. Rose, still laughing, said, "Let's stop... can you tell why you called Haikyu?" Tinni chimed in, "I think Diana found a new sugar daddy." Diana responded to his remark, "Fucking ass... my mother forced me." Haikyu interrupted, "I know that." Tommy exclaimed, "You know that!?" Tommy looked shocked toward Rose. After a few seconds of silence, tommy and rose started laughing hard. Diana, now angry, shouted, "Fucking stop! My mom forced me to talk to him because his mother is her friend." Haikyu suggested, "Break up with him... I don't care about his money." Diana replied, "It's about my mother." Haikyu responded, "If you don't, then I'll talk to your mother... find some way." And he left, saying that, to the soccer field to play alone.

[PRESENT]

DK was in his car, writing in his diary, "Before using petrol, you have to know how to play with fire. Before playing with water, you have to know how to swim. And before swimming, you have to check the water... there could be a fish or a shark lurking."

While DK was writing, his phone made a notification sound. It was from Diana; she had sent him her location.

"Things never change... like Earth, everything works in circles. If you drop the shit, after years, somehow you face that shit again. And today, Diana realizes that this world works in circles. She faces the same problem as she did before, encountering those same words that she faced in the past. Do you know what she did before at this situation? At least, you should know that she is beyond this world. She knows how to solve problems in her own way, while all she needs to do is to fix it."

Haikyu was playing fencing, his body sweating.

Rose said to Diana, "I called Tommy, she said she's busy at her parlor... But she said she'll be here on time."

Diana looked shocked at Rose and said, "Why did you call her here?" Diana became angry and shouted, "Why did you call her!"

Rose also got angry and shouted back, "Damn it, you said you wanted to meet with the group!"

Diana said, "The group is drowning in shit... DK is coming here."

Rose replied softly, "Then what? Should I wear bikinis to welcome him?"

Diana stood and approached Rose, gripping Rose's lips, and said, "How dare you talk like that."

Rose pushed her away, saying, "Go away, psycho... your old bullying self is coming back again."

Slingggg Haikyu engaged in his own self-fencing.

Rose stood, fixing her hair. She said, "You can't threaten me... 'suhh' If I wasn't there with you at school, you couldn't do anything... I saved you every day with my money."

Diana started to laugh scary, "Hahahaha... you were the reason I'm in this mess."

Diana with intense face shouted, "You think I'm poor?"

Rose replied, "Well, that's why you need your sugar daddy... well, I'm independent."

Diana silently went to the sofa and sat down, fixing her hair.

Everything was silent except for the slicing sound of the fence. Suddenly, the fence flew from Haikyu's hand. Due to sweating, the sword slipped from his grasp.

The fence was coming towards Diana. Diana saw it, her hand covering her head and her vision. She thought it would hit her, but even after a few seconds, it didn't. When she looked back, someone had caught it and saved her... It was none other than DK.

As Diana saw him, she smiled and hugged him in excitement.

Diana said, "You pranked me well before."

DK replied, "Just finding ways to get you."

Diana said, "Aww, sweet."

Well, Haikyu was more happy to see him than Diana. Haikyu went towards them.

DK noticed him. DK was wearing a hiking outfit similar to Diana's, and a gloves in his hand, while Haikyu was dressed in black fencing attire. DK stood on the right side, Haikyu on the left, with Diana and Rose in the middle.

Haikyu and DK gazed at each other. DK's hand was slightly shaking, but he controlled it well. Haikyu offered his hand. DK was confused, but Haikyu said, "Give me that fence." DK's hand was trembling slightly, but he handed him the fencing sword.

Haikyu asked, "Do you play fencing?"

DK replied, "No, but I used to play a little before."

Haikyu said, "Practice it... someday it will be useful for you."

DK took out his wallet and showed something, saying, "Isn't this enough?" Showing his black card.

Diana interrupted, "Aww... so elegant." Diana introduced her friend. She sweetly approached Rose and held her hand. Rose was shocked by this side of her. "She's my best friend since school days." She continued, indicating Haikyu, "And he's also my friend since school days."

DK said, "You have a great friend zone... and it's me who has no one... so I would be happy to be friends with you guys."

Rose also replied sweetly, "Aww... that would be so nice... so let's start with dinner then."

Diana directly gave her a dark stare.

Haikyu added, "Yes, what about tomorrow?"

DK suggested, "What about today? I'm a little busy."

Haikyu also added, "I'm also busy today."

Rose interrupted, "It would be nice today."

DK said, "Okay... 7 p.m., then!" DK turned towards Diana and said, "Actually, my work was nearby, so I came to meet you... now I'm going." He kissed her hand and left.

Haikyu felt jealous.

As DK walked towards the lift, the doors opened, and four people came out: Boston, Simp, Tommy, and Tinni. DK's gaze lingered on Tinni, who was the last one in the group. DK and the four of them locked eyes briefly as they passed each other.

DK entered the lift, he saw his hand were shivering.

[BEFORE AT THE HIGHSCHOOL]

Dunter was sleeping in his room. His phone rang, waking him up. It was from his friend 'Leav'. He picked up the call, and his friend mentioned, "Are you still asleep? Forgot that today our school is taking us trekking."

Dunter replied, "Aww, I forgot about that... wait, I'll get up and meet you at the school."

After some hours, he was standing at the school gate. Everyone was ready to go, and his friend Leav was also there in line to board the bus.

Leav and Dunter got inside the bus. The bus was already packed, but from the back, a girl's voice shouted, "Here is the place." It was Diana. At the back, Diana and her group were sitting. Dunter and Leav sat in front of them.

Tinni handed Dunter his phone to click their picture. Dunter took the photo, and as he showed it to them, Diana said, "Aww, it's nice... you clicked a good one. Today... will you stay with us?"

Dunter replied, "Of course."

Leav asked, "Why did you accept it?"

Dunter said, "They are the most popular group in our school... damn."

After some time, all the students were walking in the green forest. Dunter and his friend Leav joined Diana's group.

After the hike finished, everyone returned to school around 3:46 p.m. Diana said to Dunter and Leav, "Today is my birthday. We are going to celebrate it by the poolside. Join us."

(At the pool)

Diana and her group, including Dunter and Leav, were at the pool, enjoying themselves. Diana, Boston, Simp, Tommy, Tinni, and Dunter were in the pool, while the rest were outside.

Everyone was drinking beer. After the party, everyone was feeling high. They came from Boston and Tinni's car. Only Leav and Dunter were not high. They were told to drive the car, but Dunter said, "I'm not that experienced in driving." Simp came and said, "So from today, you'll be experienced. It's an expensive car, bro. You'll only get one chance in your life to drive this car."

Excited, Dunter agreed. Two cars were going. Leav and Dunter were driving each car. In Leav's car, there was Boston, Haikyu, Diana, and Rose. In Dunter's car, Tommy, Tinni, and Simp were passengers.

Dunter was driving well, but on a turn, his car didn't respond properly, and he crashed into a tree.

[PRESENT]

DK entered the lift, glancing at each face, recalling memories of everyone.

"It's like the story of the axe and the tree... The axe forgets whom it kills, but the wounded never forgets who wounded him. The wounded seek revenge for their wounds, not for their pleasure."

DK was in the lift, descending floor by floor, lost in recollections of the past, particularly the car incident.

Everyone left the car, and Leav also stopped his car to check on Dunter.

Fortunately, everyone was safe as they exited the car. The front of Tinni's car was slightly damaged. Seeing the damage, Tinni exclaimed, "What the fuck did you do?"

Dunter replied, "Well, I said before I don't have experience."

Tinni, in anger, retorted, "It's not about fucking experience, it's about expenses. Do you know how much it'll cost?"

DK was driving his car on the long highway, surrounded by forests, he throws his black card from the window.

Lost in his thoughts of the past, he took a long drive.

Another car approached DK's car and said, "Bro, lower your music."

DK was in his own world, driving and stopping intermittently.

He wrote in his diary, "And from that day on, Dunter started getting bullied by them... because during that commotion, the police came and took them to the station for driving without a license."

After some time, his car reached the middle of the forest. He opened the door and stepped out. He was dressed like a gentleman from the 90s, wearing a formal suit with a long black hat. Along the edge of his hat, small knives were hanging—eight in total.

In front stood a cottage. He entered inside, and upon stepping in,  eight knives hanging on the wall.

Each of the knives had a name written on it, and prominently displayed was the name "Tommy."

"There's no name on revenge, there's no family on revenge. Just one reason can initiate revenge, and one threat can bring it to an end."

He pointed to the front knife, where the name "Tommy" was written.

"I've heard people say that great individuals forget their past and focus on the present, thinking about their future. But if I let them live, it could be dangerous for others.
