The sound of her shoe heels against the tiled floor was electrifying. She walked in a slow and sensual pace, with so much grace and poise. Gavin who had retired to the floor got up immediately as he heard the footsteps approaching his cell. He held the bars and looked out curiously, wondering who it was. But he could not catch glimpse of whoever was coming. All he knew was that it wasn't an officer, or Meghan. And this conviction kept him in sheer suspense.

"Hey!" The deep voice was accompanied with a bang on the prison bar. It wasn't who Gavin was expecting, but the sudden bang almost left him startled. "Wake up. You shouldn't be sleeping at this time." It was an officer.

"Even if I wanted to sleep this late, it wouldn't be in this stink hole." He mouthed without looking at the officer.

"Well, that is a relief." The officer laughed in a jovial manner. "Now, you know better than hitting a woman."
