139. Touts And Hoodlums.

It was almost 10am that morning. The sky was brightly lit by the hot, yellow sun, beaming its light against all that roamed the world beneath it. Gavin left the house in a hurry. He was on his way to see his wife. The day before, she wasn't in so much of a good mood and didn't want to see him. But he hoped that she would this time around.

Barely an hour later, he arrived at her parents' house. The environment looked peaceful and serene like it always did. He walked slowly towards the door, wondering if he would be let in this time. He knocked on the door, and the maid that had opened the door for him before stood in the door way.

"Who is it, Beth?" He heard someone ask. It seemed to be Meghan's mother asking. The maid closed the door before she answered.

"It is the man from yesterday." She said in an irritated manner.

"What man?" She asked further with a frown on her face.

"The one who forced his way in. I think he came to see ma'am Meghan."

"Well, tell the bastard to leave at once.
