They also had personalities from various countries, tribes, and cultures as members and top-tier bosses in the underground network.

They had a network in over 50 countries, and each country had 10 top tier bosses, as did the United States, with Gavin's father being one of the ten top tier bosses. They had an interview ranking of the top three bosses, with one supreme boss per country.

While Gavin's father was alive, he held the title of supreme boss and conducted a lot of dirty business in addition to his legitimate and banking businesses.
