He did not know how much time he had spent inside the cocoon, as the time chase had become distorted.

They could feel the hours turning into seconds, and the seconds turning into days.

Since I entered soul concentration, my soul was enclosed in a cocoon of energy, just as my body had been.

Little by little the cocoon opened, while my soul was released from its confinement, causing it to gradually take its true form.

"This is me."

Both my soul and my body were staring at each other, unable to even move.

This process is called enlightenment. When a person passes from soul concentration to enlightenment, his soul, which did not have a definite form, is completed, in order to form a true astral body, also called primordial spirit or dharma body.

The form of the primordial spirit can vary, and was based on the person's true self.
