"The last time I mentioned marrying your daughter, I can still remember the look in your eyes. It was like you would kill me on the spot. What changed?" Jigger asked Viktor as they enjoyed some wine together. Viktor Grey kept his eyes on the cup, and constantly gave a grin of mischief."Well, now I know that you are a reputable man, and that you are capable of taking care of my daughter," he added but jigger laughed."Come on, we both know that I am anything but reputable. Would we be friends if I was reputable?" He asked Viktor."I don't know. I guess not." Viktor Grey responded and then looked at the bodyguards and the car that had brought jigger to his house. He could not help but wonder how exactly jigger got his wealth."So, out with it. How did you make the money? The last time we spoke, you barely had anything. So, what changed?" He asked jigger who drank again from the cup. Then he gazed at Viktor Grey and smiled."Do you remember Mario? I told you that I met him in Paris duri
Every inch of Mia's being told her not to meet Viktor Grey. She should not even be interested in whatsoever he has to say, but as Mia grabbed the car keys, she knew that she was perhaps signing up for something more, and that could be something that will land her in trouble eventually."Open the gate" she called to the security man as she drove towards the gate. There was a reason why Oliver no longer used automated gates, he wanted to control the inflow into the mansion. The gate opened and she drove out into the streets with full speed.Mia soon got to the museum with so many questions in her mind. How was she supposed to answer them all? And why did he even need to see her? As soon as she parked the car, she stepped out into the museum and observed some of the structures there. They were grand, truly grand, and for a lover of art such as herself, she found them very intriguing."Mia," she heard a familiar voice call out to her. Mia sighed and turned around to see Viktor Grey stand
Mia ignored the text at first and threw the phone on the bed. She sighed, and then turned her face upwards but another ping on her phone made her gaze at the screen again. "Do not think that you can possibly ignore me. I want to see you right away and don't you think of avoiding me!" Was the text that followed. Mia scoffed at the audacity. She wanted to let Oliver know of of the hassle but she decided to handle it on her own,"Who the hell is this?" She texted back."Your darling husband. The one who will take care of you till you grow old and teach you how to properly be a woman," he texted back."I do not know who you are. Do not ever text me again. If you do, I will report you to the police, and do not think I will not do it," she texted."The police are under my control. No one will dare to start a fight with me. I will chew them up and they know. But I do not think you understand what I am capable of," he texted back and Mia's heart skipped a beat. Then a call entered the phone.
"Do we really have to do this sir? This could be a trap. we will be exposed," bill asked Oliver while they drive towards the car. Oliver just kept his head up. He had had enough shit for the day,"We have to. I want to see the man who sees it fit to harass my fiance. And I want to kill him. Do not try to stop me, Bill. It will not work," olives added. They got into the car and zoomed off. They had already dropped Mia at home and kept shadows all over her to keep her safe. Mia was as Disturbed as they come but she knew that she had to be strong for Oliver and for herself. Trouble always knocks on the door, and she was not oblivious of that fact."We are here boss," Xerox said while the car pulled to a stop. Oliver quickly stepped down from the car and looked around. The location was an abandoned construction site, a perfect place to commit murder and get away with it."Keep your eyes open." He told his comrades and they proceeded to walk into the building. As soon as they stepped foot
Elina drove her car to the edge of the street and waited for the cars on the street to drive away. She just stood there by the side of the road and waited for the call that she was instructed by Thalia.Elina had taken her phone and called a number that was designated to be that of jigger and when it rang, it was Thalia that picked up the phone. She just stood there and waited for the call, until the phone call came and Elina picked it up."Hello? I'm here!" She said to Thalia over the phone."I can see you. Get into your car and drive after the SUV you will see," Thalia said to her and she sighed. Then the SUV came and zoomed off, and then Elina drove after the car. The roads were busy and as she drove after the car, she kept glaring at the SUV. What if she was making a mistake? What if it was time for her to finally move on? Elina wanted to convince herself that it was time for her to move on from Oliver but she just could not do it."No, I am not overreacting. I am not. I just being
Lights flickered continuously as the party kept blasting to a clap. Unlike many other parties that Oliver had attended in the past, those like this one specially did not serve him well. He exhaled while he led Mia's hand into the part house. Mia smiled as she observed his unease."What's wrong Oliver?" She asked him and he sighed."I hate parties like this one. They are often too loud for my liking," he told her and she laughed.. Oliver turned to observe her laugher and chuckled as well. "Silly, isn't it?" He asked her and she just laughed again while snorting."No, not really. It's just you...you always have this feeling that something bad will happen to you. Why don't you just decide to relax and enjoy the night?" She asked him and he sighed"I know I have to enjoy the night. It's just that I have the feeling that we are constantly being watched. And I do not like that feeling. No one should watch me like a prey." He told Mia while Xerox snapped the car shut and locked it."Jigger ma
Elina gasped while Oliver still held her hand. She tried to force her hand off his grip but he held on to it. Elina was frustrated. She just gazed at Oliver with so much anger in her heart."Why are you doing this oliver? Why are you taking her side? You know that you belong to me. You have always known that!" She yelled at Oliver at by that time, people were starting to gaze at them. "You are the only one who knows that apparently. I don't. I have warned you severally Elina to stay away from us. Do not think for a second that I will hesitate to use brutal force to keep you away." Oliver told her calmly. She tried to push her hand off his but he held on."So you want to hit a woman? Are you really willing to risk your reputation and hit a woman? Come on Oliver. Do it then. Show me what sort of strong man you are!" Elina yelled."You are making a scene here madam. How did you even get in here in the First place? Your name is not on the invite." The host said to Elina as Oliver let her
"Boss, wake up," Bill called out to Oliver who quickly jumped up as he opened his eyes. A sharp headache pierced through his skull and Oliver winced while he grabbed his head. He sighed, sat up and looked around."Where am I?" He asked Bill who quickly rushed to get him something to drink. Oliver took the cup and drank from it. It was alcohol. Was he really in the condition to get high in that state?"You are home sir. Can you remember what happened?" Bill asked Oliver who just thought for some time. "Not really, I remember entering the car... then we drove through the streets. Them Mia..." Oliver froze. "Where's Mia?" He asked Bill as everything came rushing to him. "Mia is missing boss. We were hoping hat you would help us to find her as soon as you opened your eyes. We were notified that there was an accident and we went there to check it out. Turns out it was you. Xerox nearly died but he's in the hospital now, and is unconscious. We decided to bring you home for it was the safe
