Chapter Twenty Five

The night was cold and Mia didn’t realize how dark the sky had turned, she didn’t even check the time if not she would have postponed seeing Oliver the next day.

Even though it was half past nine, the night was still young and everywhere was kind of bubbly, teenagers are still outside which brings Mia to the conclusion that if she ever decides to have kids, she wouldn’t let them out at night.

When she was a teenager, her aunt had killed her social battery which makes it looked like she was boring person, and being a journalist had even helped her social life but still Mia didn’t like the night life.

She hugged her black jacket tightly to herself, the one she had bought during sales last year and had become her favorite jacket, it does the job quite well and Mia thinks she’s confident when she is wearing it, she adjusted her bag very well to stay in place on her shoulder and held her laptop bag in her other hand, still hugging herself, she took fast strides as she walked along the side
