Fifty Eight

The door opened slowly and Rebecca walked in. Viktor Grey was still panting, and when Rebecca saw the dead bodyguard on the ground, she covered her mouth to stop herself from retching. The room oozed of blood and death. How was Viktor still standing there, she wondered.

"What happened here?" She asked as she settled herself. Viktor Grey turned around, saw her and frowned.

"Where the hell have you been? Why did you not send in some sort of report or get over here as soon as possible?" He asked her and eh scoffed.

"I did not realize that I was under your employment. I have the freedom to do whatever I chose to do and you cannot dictate that for me. I am not some worker of yours." She shot back. Viktor Grey slowly touched his gun and her eyes caught it. She smiled as she looked at him.

"Really gonna shoot me, huh? Well, do it. You have no regard for morals, you said that yourself. Kill me and you will never get to hear what I have to say." She stated, and Viktor arched a brow.
