Seventy two

Oliver slowly parked the car in front of the cottage. He stepped down and took a look around as Mia dropped from the car.

"You grew up here?" He asked he as she raised her eyebrow.

"Why? Not Grand enough?" She asked, feeling very curious as to why he would ask that.

"No, not that. It's very calm around here. Serene. I like the environment. It's peaceful. No wonder you're the way you are, " He added and she smiled.

"Well, I guess I did not turn out too bad. So, here we go. I hope she's around, and that is if she does not throw me out first." She sighed as they walked towards the door. She knocked twice.

Oliver's eyes went to the garden. There were so many flowers that had never seen before. There were so much colours and he wanted to get some for Mia. He thought she would love the gesture. Just then, the door opened. A woman stepped outside.

"Aunt..." Mia started but the woman quickly pulled her into a hug. She squeezed so tightly that Mia struggled to breathe.

"Aunt, I can't breathe.
