“What was I thinking?” Michael thought to himself, “a lot of people came back dead or almost dead from fighting with him.”

“Why did I think I could fight with him and get away with it just because I was wearing some stupid suit?” Michael added.

His gaze lifted and his eyes followed Lyon walking away with Chelsey holding onto him. He has been on multiple missions before but this was the first time he felt genuine fear.

When an unknown man saved him while he was at the verge of death, almost all of Michael’s body system was modified and he had been confident ever since.

But now, that confidence isn’t only broken but he also knew that he would never be welcomed back into the organization anymore.
