The end of the phone seemed to be silent for a while and it was as though Nicola was thinking about it and weighing his options.

Lyon sneered, he knew he had the upper hand but he also knew that Nicola is not the kind of man to back down easily.

“Now, Now, Lyon Armstrong, you’re letting power get into your head and trust me, that’s never a good thing.” Nicola said but Lyon didn’t say anything.

He wasn’t interested in listening to a maniac talk to him about the things that are right and wrong because no matter how hard he tried, Lyon couldn’t shake off the fact that Nicola killed his parents.

“I don’t want moral lessons from you, Nicola,” Lyon retorted silently, “what options are you going for because you must’ve known by now that young people run out of patience easily.” Lyon added.

Nicola laughed as he remained silent for a while, “where is the fun in surrendering?” Nicola asked and Lyon snorted.

He already knew that Nicola wasn’t going to surrender that easily.
