Chapter 101. REVENGE

The manager ordered the guards to help Nate find Erica's whereabouts. The guards checked every corner of the restaurant and the rest checked the CCTV footage together with Chevron and Nate.

But what surprised them was that they didn't find the video where Erica entered the restroom. The footage was lost as Erica made a turn towards the restroom, covered by one of the passing waiters and when they checked the footage in the next place, they didn't find the piece of footage where Erica should have appeared. This was especially strange because Chevron was sitting in front of the surveillance cameras all the time so it was impossible for anyone to tamper with the footage.

"This can't be happening. How could she just disappear," Chevron said with his mouth agape. "I swear I sat here the whole time checking the monitors."

"Then how did this happen?" asked Nate.

"Oh! Was it when I approached you in the restroom during the argument? I took the other guards with me so there was no one to guard
