Chapter 34: First Impression Always Last

Two hours ago.

Jennie knocked on my door before she stepped foot into my office. "I'll be out for a few minutes to buy the scented flowers you requested for the dinner date." She asked, "Do you have any other things you want me to get you?"

I looked into the corner for a few seconds before I could answer Jennie's inquiry. My glimmering and expensive suits are ready. The car, driver, and bodyguards that would send and assist me to the restaurant were also on standby outside.

"What else do I need... hmmm." I drummed the surface of my desk while digging into my brain. "I think that would be all, Ms. Pineda. But are you sure you can get back before four?"

She looked at her wristwatch. "That's long enough to buy flowers. But if I can't come back before four, I'll just send the flowers to the address..."

"NO!" I exclaimed, cutting her sentence before she could finish it, which also caught her by surprise. "You need to get back before four. Please, make sure of that
