Chapter 29

Jake wore his Favorite white tee shirt and Knee-length dark shorts with the latest dark and white Nike edition Snickers to complement his dress. He checked himself out from the mirror and smiled in satisfaction.

Not only that but his hands reached out to the dark shades he kept on the table after which he grabbed the car keys and dashed out of the house.

Before he left the house he had already ordered the maid to feed his dog at a specific time Since he didn't know when he'd be back from his date with Zara.

Jake checked his phone for the umpteenth time for Zara's message. He had texted her the location but she didn't reply yet. “Why hasn't she replied?” Jake mumbled wryly as he stepped into his car.

He sighed helplessly, Jake thought he had prepared faster and was conflicted if he should start the ignition and get there before the scheduled time. After moments of thought, Jake switched on his ignition and zoomed out of his premises.
