After the expedition

The next day they called everyone to let us know what had happened. Alison and Luan's group had arrived late at night and were not complete. So they were both taken to certain places for questioning. The first of them was Alison.

One of the organizers was in charge of interrogating them.

-Tell me, children, tell me what happened?

Alison was calm and answered.

-We were just doing the integration activity. Suddenly the leader of my group decided to go and talk to the leader of the other group to balance both groups. And after a while the guys went into a cabaret. Me and my partner didn't go in.

-I see, but there's something I don't understand. Why didn't you go? Are you a man or not?

-What's that got to do with it? Am I obliged to go to a place like this?

-No, but young people are a bit curious and love to do all sorts of mischief, it's normal.

Alison kept quiet and didn't answer.

-I see, we'd better finish there, unfortunately this incident will cause the expedition to be cancelled. I've already been informed where they are.

-Where?

-Just go and meet with your school. I'll explain everything there. Ah... you can tell your classmates not to come. We've already gathered enough information.

Alison left the place quite confused, but he felt calmer. Since the expedition would probably be cancelled and the dangerous people her system was warning her about.

[...]

The black-haired boy gathered in a kind of open place where his companions were. Many of them looked annoyed and avoided looking at them. It was as if they blamed them for what had happened.

The man in charge who was organizing the expedition began to speak.

-According to our investigation so far, six students from 5 schools, who were on this expedition were found in a cabaret, in deplorable situations. Some of them were injured after a fight against three adults, the motive is not known, but will remain under investigation. These young people were taken to the state capital to be held in a center for minors for the brawl and the damage to the establishment. As for the two youths who did not follow them, they will be investigated. The expedition is cancelled.

Alison seemed upset by these last statements, he was already warned not to do anything and he was being affected to that, in addition and mitigates other notations in his file.

Upon hearing the news, sad faces were seen throughout the corridors of the military base camp.

With all the activities cancelled they could not even go to town, they just stood there doing nothing. Until it got dark and the six people responsible for those situations were brought in.

Everyone looked at them badly, for what they did. The one who at the time was the supposed leader looked at Alison, but he ignored him.

At that time it was dinner time and they were left eating alone, although they tried to apologize.

[...]

The next day all the students left early and got on the buses. Until they arrived at the airport and left for their respective cities.

In the evening hours they arrived at Glosbar and left for school.

With sad faces each of the students went back to their dormitories and no one talked about what happened.

Alison and her roommate went to their room, but to their surprise there were now only two of them, they had taken one room.

The white-haired boy was tired with the trip, and he had to do his mission today before he ran out of time to do it. Since his partner knew that he had a system, he took the opportunity to ask him about it.

-What happens if I don't do the daily mission in one day?

-You will receive any punishment. Some are more dangerous than others. Be careful and never do that.

-Something like that almost happened to me, but luckily I made it. I didn't miss a day. Now I have to do it.

Luan got out of bed and started exercising. Every day the number of activities he had to do increased, but he gradually got used to it.

[...]

Alison decided to leave and go to the infirmary, despite the time. He knew that the woman who worked there was always late at night. So he decided to go there. He needed to know how deep the bruise was, as his system did not determine the severity of the injury. Just some characteristics.

The black-haired boy went over there and noticed that the nurse was leaving the place, so he approached her.

-Hey... Hi, I need you to check a bump.

-Did you get into a fight with anyone on your expedition?

-Something like that.

She opened the door and turned on the light. There were three stretchers and some medical tools, plus the first aid kit.

En sat on the stretcher and showed the head injury to the nurse. She turned on a lamp to shine more light and saw the blow.

-It was pretty hard. You have a red head and a crack. Did you fall?

-Let's say something like that.

-It's nothing serious, but it was pretty hard, it almost cracked your skull and you'd have to go to the hospital. I recommend you avoid any more blows there. With the passage of time they can be problematic.

He got up and wanted to leave, but the woman kept talking.

-Just tell me, did someone here do this to you?

-No, don't worry.

Alison began to think about what was going on. She didn't want that woman to be part of the harem she was planning to form because it seemed disrespectful to her, so she thought about distancing herself and not talking to her anymore.

[...]

The boy with black hair and crimson eyes went back to his room. There I saw that Luan was asleep on the floor. I didn't know if he had finished his homework. So I walk to him and talk to him.

-Luan... Luan.

He opened his eyes and somewhat sleepily answered.

-Hey... What happened?

-You fell asleep.

-Ah... Ok, I'm going to bed.

-Wait. -You did your mission. You did your mission.

-Yes, I just wanted to do more and ended up falling asleep.

The white-haired boy walked to his bed and lay down to sleep there, he was too tired from the trip.

Alison took advantage of the occasion and started to check her system and the sections where she had some extra quests to get items in dungeons. She wanted to do something else that day. Until she saw that a quest was enabled for her. He didn't know whether to go, so he decided to explore it to distract himself a little.

He was immediately transported to the doors of a dungeon. Alison was undecided whether to clean it or not, but it was the only way to get rid of all the stress she felt at that school. So she walked over to it and the monsters started to come out, there were some weapons lying on the floor, so she picked up a sword that was on the floor as a precaution. Immediately dozens of monsters appeared towards him.

Alison quickly approached them and cut them down. With a single blow they all disappeared and turned to ash, but in the dungeon corridor there were hundreds of them, some were trolls, others were snake men and skeletons.

The system gave a warning to the black haired boy. <

> However he continued doing his mission and went running up to them splitting them in half. Except for some of them who only got a scratch.

Alison at that moment decided to use her sword power and finish this until dawn, but it was not so easy, before she could do it. From one moment to the next a creature attacked him and tore his shirt off. He tried to move fast and get away from them until he completed his strategy.

He saw the new scar he would have on his chest that added to the ones he already had. Which was a little longer than the rest of the ones he had gotten, but in front of him he still had a much worse problem. Those monsters did not seem normal, they did not let him rest, they went mechanically towards him. Luckily he had already impregnated his energy to the sword and now he could count each of the monsters that were there. Unfortunately for him, there were hundreds of them.

He was cutting monsters for hours. Until his body got tired, he had advanced a lot, but it cost him a lot of effort. The dungeon was getting darker and darker, so he was probably about to reach the floor boss.

She tried to pull herself together a bit and move forward to finish the dungeon, but all the exits were closed and the place where they were was flooded.

Alison tried not to panic and remember her traumas with water and water surfaces with strange bottoms that caused those wounds in her body, however, from one moment to another the floor boss appeared. A six-foot snake man. The black-haired boy was very uncomfortable with the place where he was, he could not concentrate or move freely.

The creature went up to him with an axe and tried to kill him with his weapon. However, Alison managed to swim a little and dodge it, but the dungeon was all a trap and two tree branches grabbed him by the legs.

The young man could not move from where he was. The monster was trying to recompose itself and attack him again, but it had crashed into the wall, so they weren't totally fine. His energy level was down to ninety percent.

Alison took advantage of that small mistake and stayed close to the wall waiting for the creature to attack him again. Since he couldn't move he looked at his stats. He had seventy percent of his health still, so maybe he would survive a hit, however, when he saw what time it was he was surprised. It was five in the morning if he didn't finish quickly he might be late for class.

The monster pulled himself together and went up to Alison running to kill him with one blow. However, when he was about to be hit it ducked and again the creature crashed against the dungeon wall.

The black-haired boy took the opportunity to cut it with his sword, however, the monster's tail grabbed him by the neck and began to choke him. The young man gradually lost his strength and felt his body stop moving. He began to close his eyes little by little, but he wielded the sword well and cut the snake's tail.

Immediately the creature let go. Alison fell to the floor and watched as the monster writhed in pain and its health was reduced by less than half as it slammed into the wall on impulse. The black-haired boy lay on the floor for a few minutes and stood up to finish the mission.

He cut the creature in half while it was neglected and in a few minutes it was ashes. The water began to descend rapidly and the system sent him a notification. <

>.

Alison was surprised to see that. It was what Liz was looking for, but she felt she couldn't tell this to her. Since she probably wouldn't do the mission with it. So he decided to save it and went back to the main menu, there more sections were activated for him, but he was already tired and went back to earth to rest what little was left.

[...]

The week of classes resumed four days after all the students arrived.

The principal himself reported that two students almost got involved in this situation, but decided not to participate, even so, they could have done something else to prevent the other students from committing such childishness, but the best thing would be to forget this matter and think about the general test in a few weeks.

Classes began as if nothing had happened, and it was back to the same routine as always.

Everything was so boring, the class hours seemed to last forever. Until finally the break bell rang.

The group of friends sat down at one of the tables to chat, but Hana, the vice-president of the student council, came up to them and spoke to them.

-I heard what happened to you on the expedition, it's a pity, but I talked to Sander and they will make you an outing to the Laty River.

-You don't have to do that, I think we will all get through this," said Luan.

-The request was already accepted.

-I won't go, I don't know how to swim.

-But you have companions who can help you, like Alison and Samantha.

-Hana, I don't want to depend on anyone anymore, I'm tired of always needing someone's help, I thought that when I entered high school things would change, but it's worse.

-Ok, you're right, although I think you'll change your mind.

After telling her that, she got up from the table and left believing that Luan would change his mind. Liz was annoying Alison and started to distance herself from her partner. Lucia had noticed that too, and watched them. She found the attitude of both of them strange. Although she herself wanted to start watching the black-haired boy's movements.

[...]

The days went by and the day of the integration arrived.

Several buses took them to the Laty River.

Luan started going to the pools to learn a few days ago and had improved a little. He was still doing the missions and noticed some improvement in his stats.

But today he had to forget that. Everyone had to have fun. Today everyone was dressed in swim trunks and flip flops.

Alison was in a jacket and hiding her abdominal area, she didn't look like she wanted to swim with her teammates. So Kevin, a red-haired boy from the rowdy group in her class confronted him in front of everyone.

-You seem to be angry with us, you never like to be in a group, you always stay away, maybe you are the strongest person in the first year, but you shouldn't be like that, you have to integrate with us.

Alison pushed Kevin's hands away and pushed him away, ignoring his words she left the place and went down the river. Liz went after him to calm him down.

Luan followed with his group and they all went to the waterfall, they had to climb some stairs. And they saw that it was a big and quite flowing place, everyone was lining up to jump in. There were only ten or so teachers there, attentive to what they needed to do.

Several students were jumping off the waterfall, the class one group organized themselves and one by one they started to jump.

The first person to jump was Lucia, the second was Saul. Until it was Luan's turn, but at that moment Kevin, without hesitation, pushed him.

-Don't be as boring, or asocial as your friend amuses.
