Dylan flew higher to see the condition of the kidnapped police officers. They had been burned there and deliberately killed, that was a horrible fact. In addition Dylan thought there was a possibility that the place was the execution site of people who were imprisoned by the government for destabilizing the system.

"May you rest in peace there." Dylan made a final salute to his coworkers with a respectful bow.
