Dylan disabled the freezing time ability so that Haily and Alan could move again. They finally realized that their balance had been drained.

"Damn you Dylan! We'll get you back!" Haily screamed hysterically. But there was nothing she could do. Because if she used her abilities, then her energy would quickly run out while there was no more balance to use.
