Chapter 27

Dylan felt relieved because the person who called him was Gabriel. She wasn't dead like Dylan thought. But Dylan saw several pieces of clothes that were thrown out when he reached the front of the warehouse.

"The three thieves entered while I was out. Then suddenly this warehouse just exploded," Gabriel explained.

"Didn't they leave earlier?"

"Who knows if they'll come back." Gabriel used her ability to fly. "Don't be suspicious of me. I had nothing to do with this if that's what you want to hear." She sped away leaving Dylan who was still confused in front of the warehouse.

Dylan slowly left the warehouse as well. He didn't want to be found by the police because of this incident. But whoever did this explosion, that person definitely knew that this warehouse was entered by someone else and maybe it was a warning.

The street Dylan walked on was starting to get crowded. The clock on his system showed 6 a.m. It turned out that Dylan had spent the whole night doing many things. But
