Chapter 39

Once again, Brandon read the document, but even after reading it several times, nothing had changed.

Brandon frowned, staring at the document in disbelief. "What is all this?" he asked, then looked at the man who had given him the document.

Bambang sighed, glancing briefly at the building about to be demolished, then back at Brandon who was waiting for an answer. "I don't think you're stupid enough not to understand it, Mr. Brandon," Bambang finally said.

Brandon's anger flared. At that moment, he felt like he was being played. But a second later, he tried to stay calm, "No one is selling that house. You must have the wrong area. Please leave now," Brandon dismissed him.

Bambang frowned and asked, "Are you sure you've read it all, Mr. Brandon? Try to check once more and read it carefully." Bambang smiled, as if his smile was full of mockery.
