Five hours had passed and Gabriel was still being carried as the men moved at a very fast pace and yet they showed no sign of being tired.
One can call it luck or something else but to Gabriel he did not care what it was called as long as it would cause him to escape, it was fine by him. Due to the sounds of their running footsteps, soldiers of Mayca on patrol were able to track and cut them off.
