Chapter 117-That's Surprise!

Alex was unconsciously too engrossed in his surroundings to see what was in front of him.

He had entered a very large old building, much larger than the field he had just walked through. There were a few unused shelves at the end of the room, while the center was completely empty. Alex looked up and saw a giant chandelier swinging right and left.

'Someone or some mutant was just here'.

Because there was no way the chandelier would move on its own if it wasn't touched or nudged. Alex was more convinced of the existence of mutants, as they liked to crawl on the walls and ceilings of buildings.

As far as the eye could see, there was nothing.

Even so, Alex wasn't going to lower his level of vigilance for a second.

He walked further inside the building. At the end of the room, he saw one mutant with a height different from the others.
