This skill can reduce the enemy's movement speed by 30% for 15 seconds, and cause 105% magic attack within 20 meters. If used on 5 or more enemies, the attack power will decrease by 30%. 

The disadvantage of this skill is that it consumes 30 MP for each cast. With his current max MP, it can only be cast 3 times. While the advantage is this skill is an AOE (Area of ​​Effect) attack and has Crowd Control effects.
