Robert stood with the doctor, standing outside Hazel’s ward with his hand buried in his pocket, staring at her through the huge window.

“…her heart rate and her vitals are normal” the doctor in charge of her said, pushing his glass up the bridge of his nose, he seem a bit intimidated while talking to Robert.

“We will continue to keep an eye on her sir” he said with his head bent low.

“Is there no chance for her to get consciousness yet?” Robert asked, his hands still staring at Hazel that was laying on the bed with her eyes closed like she was deep in sleep, clad in a hospital gown, she had something passed to her body and connected to the life support machine.

“I am sorry sir but there is still no hope, the possibility remains the same. It’s still a 60-40 percent chance that she is going to come out of that state that she is, if the cure is not found. The chances might not even change at all, it’s going to remain the same as far as we continue with our treatment here” The doctor
