EPISODE 94 - To the Bright Future

They went through the alley and were back into the streets of the city. The air was fresh, but there was no wind, because of the numerous houses inside the city and the walls that prevent any kind of wind from entering. Despite the absence of blowing wind, the city was very cold and chilly, almost as if it was experiencing a kind of sea breeze from a body of water when there was in fact, none nearby. The lights of the homes illuminated the entire city from the insides to the window panes and into the outside pathways.

"We spent too much time in there," Trif stated.

"You're telling me. We went overboard," Phize answered.
