Chapter 4: The Madness

"What is this madness?!" Gukushi Karoshi said furiously as he look at the swordsman who flew at him. He slowly turned his head to the right seeing Hirohoshi Hakuzo stabbed with a big sword in his chest as blood dripped. He spits out blood as he slowly looked down

The tall man who stabs Hirohoshi Hakuzo in the chest touches its head and smiles at him as the tall man slowly removes his big sword from the chest of Hirohoshi Hakuzo.

"Brother! BROTHER!!!" Matsuri Hakuzo shouts furiously as he quickly runs toward his brother. He gazes at where his brother is. He's brother slowly falls to the ground dead with a hole in his chest.

"You filthy traitor! What kind of madness is this?! You betrayed us?!! You will pay! remember that!" Gukushi Karoshi said furiously as he pulled out his sword angrily.

"Stand on your ground Matsuri!" Gukushi Karoshi said as Matsuri Hakuzo stops and kneels on the ground as he sees his brother in the distance dead.

"If you three died here, the heads that ordered you this, will honor your deaths, see? We're helping! I know you suffered... Once leave-in the empty lot... Once eat garbage... Once stole food just to manage to eat to fill up your stomach of yours," an unknown swordsman said.

"Now what?" The unknown swordsman asks who is the leader of the five and is a little smaller than them. The unknown swordsman slowly walks toward Hirohoshi Hakuzo's dead body.

He slowly reaches his left hand towards Hirohoshi Hakuzo's face. "Don't you touch my Brother! You filthy traitor!" Matsuri Hakuzo said furiously and shouts at them as Gukushi Karoshi uses a smoke bomb, he grab it from his left pocket and throw it on the ground. Smokes appeared covering the entire area as the leader of the five quickly signal to kill them both. 

Gukushi Karoshi grabs Matsuri Hakuzo out of the place as he shouts furiously. They manage to get into the forest quietly as Matsuri Hakuzo cries out. They hide in a cave where they're a lot of dead leaves covering it.

"We're safe here for now," Gukushi Karoshi said as he sees Matsuri Hakuzo shouts but he quickly taps hard Matsuri Hakuzo in the back to make him fall asleep. "Tsk! I need to hide our presence and I need to get intact with lead quickly," Gukushi Karoshi said in his mind as he slowly looks down and sees his feet has blood dripping on the side of his feet.

He sat down on the floor in the unknown cave that is covering by a big tree and a big leaf on the side of the forest on the left of them. "Doing that kind of technique is still dangerous, I could only use it one time, once in a year but it's worth it," Gukushi Karoshi said in his mind again as he slowly focus himself from inside and in his mind and slowly his presence vanished same as the presence of Matsuri Hakuzo.

"Oh come on! They both manage to get away... Oh well, I guess Hirohoshi Hakuzo is the only one getting an honorable death," the unknown swordsman said as he looked at Hirohoshi Hakuzo dead on the ground in front of him.

"Pick him up, we're going back," the unknown swordsman said as the tall man pulled back his sword and carried Hirohoshi Hakuzo's dead body with both of his hands.

They run behind them going towards the west. The five of them are faster than the army which is running at least five times faster. They slowly vanished from sight as Gukushi Karoshi slowly falls to the side of him losing consciousness.

Two swordsmen are in the shadows on the far right side of the forest as the cave where Gukushi Karoshi and Matsuri Hakuzo hide is on the left side of the forest.

The shadows on the far right side of the forest see everything with just a simple glance. They slowly vanished as their shadows travel towards them where the hidden cave is.

The two shadows suddenly departed ways the other one is going towards the oak wood village and the other one is going to the hidden cave on the left side of the forest.

The shadow reaches the flat land. The shadow slowly turns into a human appearing from down to the top showing a man wearing a fox mask with an orange coat and boots. The wind blows and shows his colored orange sword on the left side of him like a katana. Powerful than a katana a special nichirin blade.

He started walking seeing an army in the distance dead and a destroyed ground with a lot of big rocks to the side with blood splattered on the ground with broken half swords. He sense of no one alive. He's currently wearing his fox mask as he walks normally.

He remained silent as he look to his right and see the biggest tree in the land. He senses two people hiding in the hidden cave, he senses it in just one glance. "Painful, suffering, I can tell, they suffered more than twice," he said as he walk towards the big tree on the right of his.

He started walking as he walks on the broken ground and walks by past the dead bodies of the army. Dead soldiers of the oak wood village. He suddenly stopped and look down and sees the leader of the army stab with his sword in his chest.

"The leader's sword, how impatient, however, they're still useless as hell, pathetic fools," he said as he jump over the body of the leader's army.

"And the blood of their comrades, there must be a betrayal happened, I see it... As I was in the forest. Tsk! What are they talking about?..." Gurushina Nirikure said and ask himself as he looks at the big tree in the distance. All are a hundred feet high except for one that is over two hundred feet high.

He started walking towards the tree. He reaches it but he looks in the sky first and sees that the sun is setting. He continued walking and looking straight as he have his long coat and his fox mask on.

He reaches the big tree, he walks around it and he sees the dead leaves on the ground and going up. Where it leads to a mountain and thousands of trees. He sees a cave, he slowly walks into it as the wind blows. He reaches the hole and jumps on it.

Gukushi Karoshi quickly comeback up and swing its sword right at Gurushina Nirikure. Same as him he also pulled out his sword to defend himself. Their swords collided as Gukushi Karoshi gives no impact against Gurushina Nirikure. 

"Weak," Gurushina Nirikure said as he reaches Gukushi Karoshi from below and kick him in the stomach making him flew a little back we're is Matsuri Hakuzo lying. Gukushi Karoshi is weak because of fatigue and a wound that can be fatal.

"Kill me... But please don't let him die..." Gukushi Karoshi said as he leaned on the wall behind him. "I won't kill you if you tell me everything that happened there," Gurushina Nirikure said as he sees the swordsman nod. Gurushina Nirikure pointed his finger right at Gukushi Karoshi who talk to him lightly.

In the oak wood village. An unknown army of swordsmen's coming in the front of the village. The guard swordsmens are scattered all over the place of the grounds.

The guard swordsmens pulled out their swords and look menacing at the army. "Stand down guard swordsmen! You all have been dismantling... No! I say that the hands of Kurishna swordsmen will be dismantled. No more excuses! This is the direct order of the east!" An unknown swordsman said who is looking at Kurishna in the distance. The people of the village are nowhere to be found.

"I am the leader of the Guard swordsman! Kurishna Huroske," Kurishna said as he slowly walk towards the swordsman who shouted as the army is behind him standing in a line.

"Direct order from the east, I hope you're coming with us peacefully, you all will be turned over again to the training lands and grounds of the east, the duo fox swordsmen's... Where are they? Put down your swords and come with us. I'm Hitoske Karishi the General of this army on the north side of the far east we got deployed because of a direct order," Hitoske Karishi said as he ask at the same time as he face Kurishna in front of him.

"Hitoske... The village might be in trouble, I don't sense the leader of this village army outside, they move out earlier, I believe they got wiped out," Kurishna said as he reaches the General of the army. He taps him on the shoulder.

"You haven't answered my question."

"They were just followed by the army, the army is the first one to move outside and after a couple of minutes the duo of fox swordsmen's arrived here formerly, they k- they quickly move out when they sense something strange," Kurishna answered as he looked down on the ground and let go of his sword. He signals to his guard swordsman behind him to let down of there swords using his right hand.

Hitoske Karishi walked by past Kurishna as he looked around him and everything seems to be peaceful. He walks by past him, he walks to the left side of Kurishna.

"Where are the people?" Hitoske Karishi asked. "They're on the far backside of the village wandering around, you might see that there are bare houses in the front, they're inside their houses hiding every time there's unknown men's walk-in," Kurishna answered.

Hitoske Karishi nodded and turned around to his army and raised his left hand to come in. The army slowly marched into the oak wood village straight. "Tie them all up," the general of the army said as he turned around again and walk straight walking towards the capital of the village.

There's a total of twenty-five guard swordsmen in the village all hands of Kurishna. Now they're getting dismantled and tied up by the soldiers of the armies.

The whole army walked in as the guard swordsmans are getting tied up. Zukori Gakure reaches the oak wood village as he hides in the presence of shadows as the sun set behind him in the front of the village.

In the front of the village can be seen the sun setting slowly going down as the moon is slowly showing up in the sky. Zukori Gakure is on the top of the gate of the oak wood village watching the other swordsmans tie up all of the guard's swordsmans.

He stands as he slowly vanished as the wind blows. The wind blows lightly as something peaceful is in place and now danger can occur.

In the west. The five swordsmens who betrayed Gukushi Karoshi and Hirohoshi Hakuzo and Matsuri Hakuzo are walking in the main village of the west.

Guard soldier swordsmans in front of the village welcome them as some of the people walk out and walk-in. The village is free from visitors you can walk out or walk in but you need permission from the chief except for special swordsmens. 

"Sir! Zou Kakishi! The leader of this squad! The heads are calling you- who is... What...?" The soldier said who speaks highly as he asks and sees one of his men carrying a dead body.

"It's Hirohoshi Hakuzo..." Zou Kakishi said as everyone is shocked around him. The people were looking at them as they look like big lost. "He died in a battle we didn't expect he would die, he got killed by a leader of the east oakwood village, but we take care of them..." Zou Kakishi said who is lying and faking his emotions as he lowered his head down.

"Get the stretcher! Get in the medics we might have some time! Soldiers!" One of the guard soldier swordsmen said as one of the soldiers who is in the back quickly run towards the medical center.

"Put him down on the ground straight," the soldier said to the big guy who is holding Hirohoshi Hakuzo. He slowly put him down on the ground as he also fakes his emotions.

An hour has passed. The five of them walked into the main village of the west as Hirohoshi Hakuzo's dead body is getting put on a stretcher where they can carry his full body that is not getting ruined. Blood is dripping as the soldiers carry the stretcher where Hirohoshi Hakuzo's body is put.

The five of them are walking towards the capital where the heads are who control all the doings of the village outside or inside. They control all the doings of the whole west.

"It worked out everything as planned now we won't suffer anymore if we complete our plan, our army will rise in the north and finish the west if we failed to kill the heads and take the lead," Zou Kakishi said as he. whisper to his men's to his side and dangerously showing his deadly aura as he sees the capital in the distance.

He's walking towards the capital as he has his coat with him and boots. He has his dark sword with him on the left side of him. As they walk bypass an unknown swordsman who has a bright yellow sword symbolizing a thunder swordsman. 

The five of them continue walking as they whispered again as they walk by past some people who are with their loved ones and workers of the heads. 

"That man that we walked by past is a 'thunderbolt user swordsman move!', one of the rarest and hardest to find swordsmen in the whole world, it's my first time seeing one Zou Kakishi." One of Zou Kakishi men's said who is on the left side of them whispering to them. 

"The two of you, Woshi and Geri follow him and don't let him lose your sight... Try talking to him lightly and go be friends with him, I'll be waiting in the north mount canyon next week, find his people or loved ones track him down, this is an order," Zuo Kakishi said to the two of his men on his side who is named Woshi and Geri. Suddenly they departed ways the two stop and turned around as they see the thunder swordsman in the far distance. 

Suddenly they both vanished in there grounds no one noticing them except for the three left. "We will slay the heads tonight, you two will guard the front and I will kill them if they don't understand the situation they're in," Zuo Kakishi said to both of his men and women. He's with a man and one woman. 

They both nodded as they continue to walk. The capital is still far. They continued to walk as they looked around them as the girl swordsman who is on the left side of Zuo Kakishi looked up and sees the sun setting.

As he looked up she sees a lot of birds chirping up in the sky. She sees the clouds in the sky seeing the view in the west ha beautiful. She smiled as she looked up and watched live the sunset. 

"I hate to say that... We fight too many times while we don't see the peaceful part of this, west..." the girl swordsman said as she looked around up in the sky seeing more birds flying up from the trees.

Zuo Kakishi ignored her as he continued to walk. After a couple of minutes of walking they reach the western capital. The three of them stop as they looked at the guards standing outside the capital.

"The two people on my side will replace we're you both currently standing on, they will be guarding the whole capital all night, now leave us..." Zuo Kakishi said as the bodyguards of the capital looked terrified at them.

"Sir, we couldn't do that, we are the bodyguards of the capital, we take responsibility for what will happen next if you-," one of the terrified said of the bodyguard. 

Zuo Kakishi look around him, left and right, and sees that there are no people and swordsman around. "Kill them." Zuo Kakishi said as the people on his side flew towards the bodyguards and slain them. 

The two people who flew towards the bodyguards already have their swords out. They both stabbed the heart of the bodyguards straight-up killing them two.

They both slowly pulled out their swords and throw the body to the side where there was a pack of leaves. It's upstairs. Zuo Kakishi slowly walks up. The girl and the man who slew the bodyguards flew up to kill them.

"Now guard!" Zuo Kakishi said as he walk by past them both walking in the capital he sees the other heads of the village standing in the distance and sees that two of his swordsman slay the bodyguards outside. 

"You mad man! How can you betray us!?" One of the heads of west said as he slowly walk back. "I'm here to take the leadership from you, and the other heads," Zuo Kakishi said as he suddenly vanished and appeared in front of the head of the village. He suddenly pulled out his sword and stabbed him in the chest. 

"One down one to go!" Zuo Kakishi said as he slowly removed his sword from the chest of the other heads of the west. The man he killed slowly drops down dead as his sword has blood on it and dripping. 

Zuo Kakishi suddenly vanished. The capital has a very large room inside and has four floors. The stairs are on the sides where there's another room and more rooms upstairs. 

Zuo Kakishi flew straight going towards the room of the other heads where they were always there. He's in front of the door where he kicked it making a large boom and suddenly smoke came out. 

He slowly walks in as he sees the two remaining heads on their seats fixing some paper works. They are both shocked as Zuo Kakishi slowly walks in.  

The smoke slowly goes away as two of the heads stand. "Hello, what are you both doing late at night?" Zuo Kakishi asked as he looked up the heads menacingly. 

"Zuo Kakishi?! What is this all about?! I don't sense the other heads of the west! What happened out there?!" One of the heads of the west asks on the left far side of Zuo Kakishi. 

In front of Zuo is a big round table and the heads are on the left and right sides of the table. "I kill him, here's the thing! We need to talk... I can kill you both anytime I want, and I know that you both have the shadow swordsman's in your shadows to guard you both, I easily killed the other head, because his shadow is already long gone, I don't know who killed him in his mission but that's not my problem," Zuo Kakishi answered as he goes towards the round table as two of the heads gazed.
