Chapter 5 - The Re-bond! (Going to Warzone I)

{NOMAD'S HOSPITAL, CHICAGO}

Mrs Aveley Brown sits on a chair beside Jade on the hospital bed as she watched his eyes closed with oxygen placed on his nose, His head bandaged and a drip connected to his right wrist.

Her eyes was swollen, obviously from Tears.

A man in his late 50's walked into the hospital, his steps were audible on the hospital's tiles and every eyes gawked at the giant being.

He headed to the intensive care Unit (ICU), opened the door and entered.

"Hey Honey." He said and pull Mrs Aveley into a hug.

"Jade's Condition is bad." Mrs Aveley said and broke into tears again.

"It's okay honey, I had to rush down from my business trip when I get aware of the News, our son's gonna be okay." He said, trying to comfort her.

"I hope so, Stefan." Mrs Aveley replied holding firm unto her dear husband's hands.

"Have they played the finals before it happened?" Mr. Brown asked.

"Not yet, he ought to be in Florida earlier today for the finals." Mrs Aveley replied.

"Ohhh, thought the show I watched was Live, how come?" Mr. Brown Muttered to himself, slightly puzzled.

"It maybe a show on the last game of his team". Mrs Aveley assured, looking at her son lying on the bed with his eyes closed.

" I'm sure of what I saw or is it just my brain playing tricks with me just because of the sudden news then?" Mr. Brown said.

"The fact that he must be present tomorrow at the Board meeting to be registered as an heir to the 'BROWN AND SONS COMPANY' is really painful, the board must not know he's in hospital now cause the next step will be taken with immediate effect, that's making your brother take over the company and you know how wicked he is, more reason why your late father didn't pass the baton unto him despite him being the eldest twin." Mrs Aveley said.

"Truth be told, that's what I'm really bothered with, I don't know what else to do, steph has really influenced the mind of 70% of the shareholders. Jade is my last hope and here he is on his sick bed." Mr. Brown said wearyingly.

A light knock on the door brought their attention back to reality as the two were lost in their emotions.

"Come in Please." Mr. Brown Commanded.

Coach Dew and Coach Cole entered.

"Welcome Coach Cole and Coach Dew, thanks for being here." Mr. Brown said and extended his hands for an handshake.

Mrs Aveley joined too and they exchange pleasantries.

"How's he Now?" Coach Dew asked.

"The surgery is a success but he's in a state of coma, don't know when he'll wake up, the doctor hasn't confirm yet." Mr Brown told Coach Cole.

"Oh, that's really sad, but I'll like to see you for some minutes, very important sir." Coach Cole replied with a serious voice and Mr Brown understood the urgency of the matter immediately.

"I'll be back in some minutes, honey." Mr Brown said and gave her a kiss on the forehead.

The three men walked outside the hospital. heading to Coach Cole's Car.

The stood beside the car and Coach Dew didn't open the door.

"I think there's something important and shocking you need to know, it's about your family and I hope you can handle the pressure or shock." Caoch Cole said.

"Yeah, why not?" Mr Brown said with a sigh. obviously getting ready for what might happen.

Coach Cole signalled to Coach Dew to Open the door, He did and the entered.

Mr Brown and Jude made contact and you can see the electrifying shock between the two, Mr Brown is the most shocked one.

The resemblance is striking and no one needs to tell anybody that Stefan Brown is the father of Jude.

"Ju..u..uu..de?" Mr Brown stammered with shock.

"Father!" Jude replied with years trickling down his face.

Mr Brown rushed and pull him into a tight hug and tears railed down father and son's eyes.

"How come, what happened, I thought I had lost you forever, probably maybe you're dead." Mr Brown said with tears.

"Some people are starting to notice this direction with the way your left leg is placed outside, sit properly so no one knows anything is going on here, your voice is audible enough and a billionaire like you can't be seen Crying publicly, many saw you enter the car." Coach Dew said and sits up Properly.

"Who Cares? I found my lost son, my F*Cking Lost son for more than 16 years." Mr Brown cried.

Mrs Aveley was shocked at the revelation and fainted immediately but was revived successfully.

Jude's Identity was hidden and no one sees him in the hospital, he didn't leave the Car until The Private Jet Mr Brown Commanded to be brought arrived.

How everything happened was narrated to them and Mr Brown asked why The Old Couples are not brought together but was told they're too old to endure the 22 hours, 26 minutes drive from Florida to Chicago.

An order was placed for them to be brought to the penthouse Mansion at Chicago.

Jade was moved too to the Secret Whitehouse The Brown's and Ken, His Loyal Bodyguard only knows of. Treatment was being administered there.

The current issue going on was Updated to Jude and why his identity as The second twin must be hidden. with immediate effect, he really had to live as Jade for the time being before he'll be revealed.

"I'm really sorry we had to start like this after so many years of not being together, let's fight to the end." Mrs Aveley said with tears and Jude pulled her into a hug.

"It's okay mom, I clearly understand everything, I just need one more thing." Jude said.

"What's that Son?" Mr. Brown asked.

"Promise that my Parents from Florida will be safe." Jude said.

"I've arranged everything and they'll be alright, not exposed to the members of The Brown's household not to attract any harm or suspicion. they'll move to the Whitehouse where Jade is, we'll be seeing them there note often." Mr Brown said and Jude was relieved.

The atmosphere was calm for a moment before a call came in, disrupting the serene environment.

It was an unknown number on Mr Brown's phone.

He picked it and puts it in loud speaker.

"Who's on the line?" He said.

"So sorry about Jade's Incident, hope the Surgery was successful?" The Voice said and Mr Brown was shocked.

It was Steph, his twin brother.

"Yeah, it was fine, very unusual of you to call me, why this time or is it because of the post, who gave you the information?" Mr Brown asked.

"I'm not that heartless brother, you know that right and you know I'm everywhere the air is, see you later at the board meeting!" Steph Brown said and Hung up.

"He knows about it already, more reason why I want Jude to be a secret, a very big weapon, there's a mole in the hospital, they want to use the chance of this incidence." Mr Brown said to the Family in the house.

"Shall we pay them a surprise visit at the Board meeting then?" Jude Said With a more serious voice, his countenance had changed, he speaks more action than that of Jade.
