It’s easy. If you count the seconds that you have spent, it is easy to know how much time you have spent in such places, where time cannot be perceived. Counting ain’t that hard.

One minute has sixty seconds and one hour has sixty minutes. So in one hour there are three thousand six hundred seconds. And in a day, there are twenty-four hours. If you do the maths, it means Eighty-six thousand four hundred seconds a day. A year has three hundred and sixty-five days, so the number of seconds a year has been thirty-one million five hundred thirty-six thousand. And this is the seconds in a year. I have spent nearly four years in this dark world. So, you might understand the astronomical figure.
