Virtzo used his powers to suck away the puke. He made a void to appear, out of thin air. Then he moved his hand to form a cup shape and then rotated his hands, and with that, the void started sucking the puke. Believe me, I don’t want to describe such things. So many words skipped off the next scene that might make you say, “Ew!”
