Chapter Twenty Seven

When we were walking back up to the class, Mick muttered his thanks to me. I nodded with a smile. The principal’s office was on the ground floor of our school building. I looked at Ms. Morris with expectations clear in my eyes. But I didn’t get the thing I expected. What I got was a snort.

The truth be told, the reason Ms. Morris looked evil wasn’t her appearance. She looked beautiful, like Ms. Sullivan, but she used to have a cold and evil smile on her mouth. This resulted in making her one of the most frightening teachers.

Her looks would have made her just an ice beauty, but the evil smile was the reason for the hate she got. But she still kept that smile, like she doesn’t care if others hate her or not. Since I couldn’t get the thanks I expected from Ms. Morris, I pouted and walled quietly back inside the class.
