Cage could feel his gut churn as he waited for the detective to say it. He heard the man take a long sigh, as if preparing to drop the most unbelievable news he had ever heard and that made him even more impatient.

"Are you not going to say anything?" He asked, hearing the line crack. He could feel his heart pounding yet again, eager to hear the latest development in the ongoing investigation.

He was happy, at least, to hear that they had struck some luck. Before now, they hadn't been able to do anything other than hitting and missing. They had been trying to get somewhere but they kept failing. At last, they had some good news.

"You won't believe it." The voice of the detective crackled through the line.
