Elijah's voice came through Mello's earbud again. "You can go now. The men are already in the building."

"Okay," Mello replied.

He stood up and turned to his colleague. "I'll go and check if there's any left in the vehicle."

"Alright," the colleague said, nodding.

Mello walked out, his heart pounding as he made his way through the corridors. He maintained a calm facade, moving with purpose to avoid drawing attention. Reaching the exit, he glanced around to ensure no one was watching and slipped out into the second hallway.

Almost instantly, a man emerged from the shadows and walked out. Mello hurriedly hid himself behind a nearby door, pressing his back against the cold stone. The man moved quickly, muttering to himself, his footsteps echoing through the hallway.
