Alarick went home immediately to inform his father. There wasn't much he could do to hide it, sooner or later Cillian would find out. It was better if his father heard it from him first. Later that day, an unknown man carrying a large bag walked into the King company building. He wore all black and his long pale blonde hair covered most of his face completely. The employees in the building watched the man in suspicion, wondering who he might be. The man walked over to the receptionist's desk. Her name tag read Clarissa. She looked at him warily but chose to act the way she was taught to. "Good day sir. How may I help you?" The man scratched his chin. "I'm looking for Alarick King." Clarissa typed on her computer. Alarick sat in his chair pondering on what he could do to get Charlotte back. He couldn't believe that the person whose father's death they bonded over would do such a thing to him. Ethan had signed the documents that handed over his firm to Alarick immediately they settled down in Alarick's office. Once Ethan was gone, Alarick finished up some menial jobs before deciding to head home that evening. Alarick walked back into the room after some minutes holding a flash drive and a laptop in his hands. Charlotte sat on the lounge chair with indignation.
